Here are some instructions to help you use the Ainsworths Remedy Finder.

Use the mouse or pointer to select the condition from the alphabetical list on
the Consultation page.

Having selected your condition you will see a new page. This page confirms your
choice but also advises you about other linked conditions that you might need
to look at. You are prompted to either proceed with questions or to go back to
the previous page and change the condition.

Next follow a series of questions about your condition and more particularly
the way in which you experience it.

You will be prompted to answer either 'Yes', 'No', or 'Don't know' to these
questions.

If you make a mistake and need to change the answer to a question click on the
'Previous question' link which will take you back to the last question
answered.

When the Ainsworths Remedy Finder has gathered all the information it needs a
final answer page will appear.

The top section displays the name of up to three remedies that fit your
condition. In the case that one remedy is particularly suited you will be told
that it is highly recommended.

Below each remedy are displayed the typical symptoms that the remedy can treat
for the chosen condition. Please be aware that you are looking for the remedy
that most resembles how you feel. Do not worry if you do not have all the
symptoms, you should however match most of the picture described.
