I live outside the UK. Can I order from you?

Yes. Ainsworths have customers all over the world. We deliver to any country.

What are your Postage and Packing charges?

Our charges are based on three things:

• where you live
• the weight of your order
• your choice of shipping/postage service.

You can check these costs without placing an order. Here's how...

1. Add your chosen products to your basket.
2. Click the 'Checkout' button and follow the checkout procedure until you reach the 'Order Summary' page. At this stage, you have not yet placed the order.
3. The 'Order Summary' page shows you the Postage & Packing charge for your order. If more than one delivery service is available, they are listed in a drop-down menu.
4. If you do not wish to place the order, leave the 'Order Summary' page now. If you do not click the 'Place Order' button, your order will not be saved, and you will not be charged.
