Bach Flower Remedies

Dr Edward Bach, an eminent doctor in the 1920's, discovered the flower remedies by understanding that for each human emotional state we experience, there is a flower whose essence possesses an equal and opposite state. When these essences are used for their corresponding complementary patterns, they assist in balancing our emotions and, consequently, in the prevention of physical illness and disease. Dr Bach had an early understanding of how emotional states lead to physical illness, if left untreated, and his aim was to make this simple system of natural medicine available to everyone.
