Orders

Small orders (of 6 or less items) placed before 2PM UK time Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the same day. However, during busier periods, this may take longer.

Larger orders are processed in the order of receipt and are usually dispatched within  two working days.

Prices

 All prices are quoted in Pound Sterling (GBP). Payments by debit/credit card will be converted by your card issuer at the time of billing.

Minimum Order Value

The minimum order value is £8.00 including postage.

Postage & Dispatch

Postage is calculated by the weight of the order.

UK orders weighing up to 2kg are dispatched via Royal Mail First Class post. Orders over 2kg are dispatched via ParcelForce priority service.

International orders weighing up to 2.0kg are dispatched via Royal Mail First Class post. Orders over 2.0kg are dispatched via Parcelforce which are fully trackable and we will happily provide tracking numbers for your shipment upon request. When required and if nescessary, orders can also be sent via FedEx.

All Ainsworths shipments are full compliant with ADR and IATA "Dangerous Goods" regulations. Orders containing large volumes of dangerous goods in excess of 5 Litres will be subject to an additional Dangerous Goods surcharge. UK orders containing dangerous goods items will be sent by Royal mail and FedEx (for orders +1.5kg) under the ID8000 (Medicines) system.

*IMPORTANT: RUSSIAN & ESTONIAN SHIPMENTS       Please be aware that as of 27th Jan 2014, Ainsworths has suspended shipping to Russia and Estonia via all delivery services (Royal Mail & FedEx). This is due to the recent tightening of Russia Customs laws, resulting in all of the major Western Express couriers suspending their Import services to Russia and Estonia.

Hotel Deliveries

Requests for orders to be delivered to hotels will be fulfilled at the customers’ risk.

Ainsworths do not take responsibility for goods sent to Hotels.

Non Receipt of Orders

In the instance of non-receipt, orders will be resent after a period of 7 working days for the UK, 21 working days for Europe and 28 working days for the rest of the world. Industrial action by mail services may cause these times to be extended.

Confirmation of Online Orders

For orders placed online an email confirmation will be sent advising of your order number. Please contact us if you have not received this email within 24 hours.

Website & Catalogue Descriptions

Every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions, sizes, and formats are correct at the time of going to press. In the interest of product improvement Ainsworths reserves the right to change these without prior notice. Prices include VAT where applicable.  Ainsworths reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

Returns Policy

As all our remedies are hand made to order, we cannot accept any return of items ordered incorrectly once goods have left Dispensary conditions.
